Family members or caregivers are welcome to contact us on your behalf.
When you reach out, please provide details about what happened, when it occurred, who was involved, and how we can help resolve the issue effectively.
What Happens Next
We will promptly acknowledge your concern, thoroughly review the situation, follow up with you, and take the necessary actions. Our aim is to resolve concerns swiftly, fairly, and with respect for all parties involved.
Timing
We strive to respond within a few business days. For more complex situations, it may take a bit longer, but rest assured we will keep you updated throughout the process.

We kindly ask that all communication with our staff and volunteers remains respectful. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may lead to changes in services, reassignment of volunteers, or even discontinuation of services.
Confidentiality
We handle all concerns with the highest level of confidentiality, sharing information only as needed to resolve the issue at hand.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you feel your concern has not been adequately addressed, you have the right to request a review by senior staff or the Executive Director, bobs@cvcj.org
Additionally, you may contact the appropriate county Office on Aging or other agencies if you wish to escalate your concern externally.
Our Promise
We are neighbors helping neighbors. We are committed to listening, responding, and striving to make things right. Together, we can foster a supportive environment where every voice is heard and every concern is addressed with care and attention.
