Crossroads Realty, led by Mark Kotzas, has been crowned CVCJ’s Champion for 2018. CVCJ Champion is a ten-week- long challenge held in the fall to raise money for, and awareness of, the organization. Teams competed to raise the most money for CVCJ, through events or fundraisers they host. Crossroads Realty emerged victorious, having raised over $7000 for Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey.

According to Mark, “This organization was near and dear to my mother and father, Mary and Byron Kotzas. Over the years they made donations and were the Honorees at the 18th Harvest of Hope Dinner Gala” on October 10, 2010, where they received the Philip Rubenstein Award.

A family owned and operated business, Crossroads Realty was established in 1966, by Byron Kotzas. The company, which was originally established in a storefront building on Route 37 in Toms River, now has 10 offices throughout Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties. With over 250 sales associates, Crossroads is proud to sell more homes in Ocean County than any other real estate company.

Today, Crossroads’ affiliations with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, make it possible for its team of dedicated agents to help clients with virtually any type of real estate services that may be needed, both locally and worldwide.

Crossroads is consistently ranked as one of the top 200 real estate companies in the country, and is proud to support CVCJ in its mission to serve homebound seniors and their caregivers in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
