Crossroads Realty, led by Mark Kotzas, has been crowned CVCJ’s Champion for 2018. CVCJ Champion is a ten-week- long challenge held in the fall to raise money for, and awareness of, the organization. Teams competed to raise the most money for CVCJ, through events or fundraisers they host. Crossroads Realty emerged victorious, having raised over $7000 for Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey.
According to Mark, “This organization was near and dear to my mother and father, Mary and Byron Kotzas. Over the years they made donations and were the Honorees at the 18th Harvest of Hope Dinner Gala” on October 10, 2010, where they received the Philip Rubenstein Award.
A family owned and operated business, Crossroads Realty was established in 1966, by Byron Kotzas. The company, which was originally established in a storefront building on Route 37 in Toms River, now has 10 offices throughout Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties.
